We stand for acceptance, inclusion, love, respect, tolerance, and education.

We wholeheartedly condemn the recent statements from CrossFit CEO, Greg Glassman. His comments were insensitive and divisive in a time where our society is brimming with too much of both.

We have been clear from the beginning of Golden Ape on our mission and values to be an inclusive community of health-minded, fitness enthusiasts.

The definition of inclusive is something that does not leave any part or group out.  We stand for acceptance, inclusion, love, respect, tolerance, and education.

While we continue to be a part of the CrossFit community at large we are no longer sure we can be loyal to someone who sounds so far from our values. While we are unsure of the next steps we remain clear that our values and mission do not align with the words and actions of CF CEO, Greg Glassman.
