We want to learn about you, about your past experiences with fitness, any obstacles that may hinder you, and the things you enjoy doing.
Understanding your goals
We want to learn your “Why”. What drives you? What motivates you? We want to find out what your health and fitness goals are so we can help you find the best ways to reach them.
Measuring your baseline
Together we will determine how close you are to meeting your goals. We do this by not just talking and asking you the right questions but we also do an InBody Scan. An InBody Scan goes beyond the scale. It’s is easy to get discouraged by numbers from the untrustworthy scale, but your weight doesn’t tell the whole story. Your body is made up of muscle, fat, and water. So losing or gaining weight is not the same as losing fat or gaining muscle. The InBody results sheet provides an extensive display of parameters relevant to body composition that can be used to efficiently lose fat, gain muscle, dial in your nutrition, identify muscle deficiencies and more!
