What is Powerlifting?
Powerlifting is an individualized strength sport in which competitors attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in Squat, Bench and Deadlift.
What is Olympic Lifting?
Olympic Lifting is an individualized strength sport in which athletes attempts a max weight lift of two specific competition lifts, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
