Golden Ape CrossFit is an official CrossFit Affiliate, and CrossFit training is at the core of Golden Ape’s programming and class schedule. By definition, CrossFit training emphasizes constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. We have an exceptionally trained and experienced staff who can help you get fit for life in a safe and supportive environment.

Every day, we ask our bodies to move in countless different ways. We bend down and pick things up, we put things over our heads, squat down, stand up, and run after our kids. CrossFit utilizes movements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and sports conditioning that improve these real-life activities and performs them in endless variety and at high intensity. In turn, your body is always adapting, getting stronger, faster, better conditioned over a period of months and years.

Our CrossFit classes are available throughout the day Monday-Saturday. Each day a Workout of the Day (WOD) is prescribed for all of the CrossFit classes. Each WOD is available to members on the evening prior to class via our Facebook page.

What if you’ve never tried CrossFit? Safety for our members is at the forefront of our priorities, so we offer a Fundamentals class where clients can learn a series of fundamental movements used in the WODs. After completion of this class, clients are welcome to sign up for memberships and attend the CrossFit classes throughout each day.

First Responders & Active Duty Military: $119/month
Primal Weight Loss Camp $160/month

If you are a member at another CrossFit or have been regularly CrossFitting for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop into any of our regularly-scheduled CrossFit classes when you are visiting. The drop-in fee is $20.

Our Saturday classes are designed for anyone at any level to come try a FREE CrossFit class.

Personal training is an effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals.

If you have a specific goal in mind like losing weight, increasing strength, improving technique, preparing for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting we can design an individualized program just for you that will ensure faster results. You will work closely with your trainer to identify your fitness goals.

BUILD SPECIFIC SKILL SETS: Want to perfect your pull up, conquer a muscle up or dial in your hand stand push ups? Private coaching sessions are a great way to focus on and strengthen specific skill sets key to improving your CrossFit ability.

SET GOALS: Look good, feel good, live healthier…all of the above. Whatever your reasons for being here we will help you identify them and reach them.

NUTRITION COACHING: What you eat has a lot to do with your success. Your coach will help you identify the right nutritional path.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Pick your coach and pick your time. Private Coaching can be scheduled anytime during business hours allowing for greater flexibility
